Authorities in San Antonio are investigating a heartbreaking shooting that claimed the life of 15-year-old Tamarion Gant on the city’s Northeast Side on Friday, October 10, 2025.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the area of Woodlake Parkway and Lakeview Drive around 11 a.m. after reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered Tamarion suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has officially identified the victim as Tamarion Gant. Investigators have since arrested another 15-year-old in connection with the case on charges of tampering with evidence, though officials noted that the homicide investigation remains ongoing.
