A 22-year-old man was fatally shot early this morning on Antelope Street Extension in Belize City. Police responded to reports of gunfire around 12:30 a.m. and found Daniel Tillett, a call agent from the area, lying face up in a roadside drain, unresponsive, and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
According to police, Tillett was riding his motorcycle home when three men approached from a nearby street and opened fire on him before fleeing the scene. Several expended shell casings were recovered from the area during the investigation.
