
Authorities in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, are investigating a tragic shooting that claimed the life of 24-year-old Gevod Tyson late Tuesday night.
According to Beaver County dispatchers, officers and emergency crews responded to reports of gunfire in the 1100 block of Wade Street, near Maratta Road, around 9:05 p.m. When police arrived, they found Tyson suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but sadly pronounced dead in the early hours of Wednesday, as confirmed by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Investigators remained on the scene for hours, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses in an effort to piece together what led to the deadly shooting. So far, no arrests have been made, and police have not released details about a potential suspect or motive.
