Authorities have identified the man fatally shot in North Hollywood last week as 26-year-old Delfino Moor, as investigations continue into what police believe may have been a gang-related killing.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), officers responded around 12:30 p.m. Thursday to reports of gunfire in the 7300 block of Lankershim Boulevard. When they arrived, they found Moor suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department attempted to save him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Moor was approached by three men moments before one of them opened fire. Following a swift investigation, authorities arrested 31-year-old Angel Banuelos, 21-year-old Joshua Provencio, and 24-year-old Jonathan Cuellar. All three suspects were booked on suspicion of murder and are being held on $2 million bail each, according to the LAPD.
Detectives with the Robbery-Homicide Division, Valley Bureau Section are actively reviewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses as they work to determine the motive behind the attack.
