69-Year-Old Bonnie R. Lapham Killed in Franklin County Motorcycle Crash

The Franklin County community is grieving the loss of Bonnie R. Lapham, 69, who tragically died in a motorcycle accident on Saturday afternoon, October 4, 2025.

Authorities reported the crash occurred around 2:44 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 121 and Old U.S. Highway 52. According to investigators, a 2004 Honda CRV entered the roadway in front of Lapham’s southbound 2008 Honda motorcycle, causing a collision. Despite the rapid response of emergency crews, she suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
