80-Year-Old Port Allen Woman Killed in Tragic Two-Vehicle Crash in West Baton Rouge Parish

West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana — Authorities are investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision that claimed the life of 80-year-old Janet Tchorlian of Port Allen on Monday, according to the Louisiana State Police.

Preliminary reports indicate that the crash occurred when Tchorlian’s vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign while entering an intersection. As she pulled onto the roadway, her car was struck on the driver’s side by another vehicle traveling through the intersection.
