Augusta Community Mourns Loss of Nadiynn Kyera Spivey
The Augusta community is mourning the untimely passing of Nadiynn Kyera Spivey, a talented and compassionate young woman whose life left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. A graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, Nadiynn was celebrated for her intelligence, warmth, and dedication to her family and community.

Born and raised in North Augusta, Nadiynn attended North Augusta Senior High School, where she quickly gained a reputation for her kindness, determination, and generosity. Her achievements in academics and personal endeavors made her a role model to peers and friends alike.

Family and friends have shared heartfelt tributes honoring Nadiynn’s spirit. Close friend Kristopher Armstead reflected, “RIP to one of the most stunning people to ever grace my camera lens. You accomplished so much in your short time on this plane.” Her father, Anthony Brim Spivey, expressed his grief, saying, “Today I got a call no parent wants to hear. You lost a sister and I lost a daughter. Nadiynn Kyera, you are missed more than you know. Love you forever, baby.”

The community continues to remember Nadiynn for her grace, ambition, and the positive impact she made on those around her. Though her life was far too brief, the love and inspiration she shared will endure in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were touched by her presence.
