A quiet neighborhood in Colville, Stevens County was shaken Monday after law enforcement discovered two people dead inside a home in what investigators believe to be a murder-suicide.
The Stevens County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that deputies responded to a domestic disturbance report at a residence on North Main Street earlier in the day. When officers arrived, they found two individuals deceased within the property.
