Investigators report that a 2012 Dodge Ram and a 2014 Ford F-150, which Patrick was driving, collided while traveling southbound on Hanover Pike. The crash caused the Ford F-150 to veer into the northbound lane, where it struck a 2021 Buick, resulting in extensive damage and severe injuries.
