According to the Schertz Police Department, Stallings’ body was found around 3:30 p.m. in a field near Schwab Road and Interstate 35 southbound, following a search that involved the use of drones. Authorities confirmed that there were no signs of foul play at this time.

Stallings, who was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, had been reported missing on October 18 after he was last seen leaving his home in the Parkland neighborhood around 7 p.m. He was wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts when he disappeared, prompting a large-scale search involving police, volunteers, and community members.

Investigators said it remains unclear where Stallings was headed after leaving his home, noting that it was unusual for him to go out alone. The discovery was made after several days of coordinated search efforts in the surrounding area.
