BRENTWOOD, Calif. — The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the tragic death of 43-year-old Greg Mkrchyan of Granada Hills, who was fatally shot on Friday, September 5, 2025.
Authorities responded to reports of gunfire around 10:15 p.m. near South Bundy Drive and Wilshire Boulevard. Officers discovered Mkrchyan inside his vehicle, fatally wounded. Despite emergency personnel’s rapid response, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
