Tomas was last seen running south on 4th Street towards 17th Avenue around 6:00 p.m. He was later reported to have continued south on 5th Avenue before disappearing. Tomas, who is described as a 5’10” Caucasian male with a slim, athletic build, was wearing a brown and mustard pullover, a brown jacket, jeans, and blue sneakers. He was last seen without any personal belongings, including his phone, wallet, or backpack. Authorities are particularly concerned as Tomas had previously mentioned plans to possibly head toward the mountains, which heightens the urgency of the search.
