According to Canton Police, Powell was last seen departing his residence at 9:09 a.m. on Sunday. His vehicle was later found at the River Green Tennis Courts, located at 111 Raquet Club Drive, where search operations have since been concentrated.
Powell’s dog, Ally, who had accompanied him when he left, was found several days after his disappearance. The discovery of the dog has brought a glimmer of hope to investigators and helped narrow the search area to the surrounding neighborhoods, trails, and wooded areas.
