According to police reports, the incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. on Kings Run Court, where officers discovered Rachel suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the best efforts of first responders, she was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit has since arrested 23-year-old Omarion Horne in connection with the shooting. Investigators have not yet released details about a possible motive or whether Rachel and the suspect knew each other prior to the tragic event.
