A graduate of Adams Cheshire Hoosac Valley High School and later a student of electrical engineering at Lakes Region Community College, Andrew remained proud of his roots in Adams, Massachusetts, while building his life in Auburn, New Hampshire.
He was known for his honesty, loyalty, and ability to make people feel like family. Friends recall his straightforward nature, his humor that could brighten any room, and his rare gift of bringing people together. Affectionately nicknamed “Pookie,” Andrew was described as dependable, compassionate, and deeply loved.
In addition to their grief, Andrew’s family and friends are raising funds to bring him home from Ireland so that he can be laid to rest with dignity. The fundraiser also aims to support Rachael and the couple’s beloved pets—Simba, Odie, and Zeva—as they navigate the difficult days ahead.
