The local crafting community is mourning the loss of Brenda Davis, beloved founder of Tiara’s Garden, who passed away on July 26 after a courageous three-year battle with lung cancer.
Brenda was known for her creativity, dedication, and warmth, touching the lives of fellow artisans and loyal customers who admired both her craft and her spirit. Over the years, she built Tiara’s Garden into more than just a booth — it became a gathering place for friendship, inspiration, and connection within the crafting world.
In honor of her legacy, Brenda’s daughter will continue her tradition this year by setting up the Tiara’s Garden booth at the fair. She expressed gratitude to the community for their steadfast support throughout Brenda’s journey, noting how much it meant to her mother to be surrounded by kindness and encouragement.
“Mom loved this community deeply,” she shared. “Keeping her booth alive at the fair is our way of celebrating her life, her passion, and everything she gave to others.”
Brenda’s passing is deeply felt by friends, family, and the many crafters who looked up to her. Though she is gone, her spirit and influence will continue to inspire the community she helped shape.
