The vibrant social media community is in shock after the tragic death of 30-year-old social media personality Darrina Dow, known online as Darri Boss, who was shot and killed on the night of Saturday, November 8, 2025. Dow was gunned down at Strode’s Bar on Maraj Street, Tunapuna, while enjoying a casual night of cards with friends.
According to police reports, around 10:30 p.m., a white AD Wagon (registration PDX 3459) pulled up outside the bar. A masked gunman, described as tall and dressed in dark clothing, exited the vehicle and opened fire on Dow. Witnesses say the gunman struck Dow multiple times before quickly fleeing the scene in the same car.

A bystander, along with Dow’s father, rushed the critically injured woman to Mt. Hope Hospital, but despite their efforts, doctors pronounced her dead on arrival at 11:25 p.m. Dow had sustained four gunshot wounds to her back.
Authorities from the North Central Division and Region II Homicide Bureau are investigating the murder, processing the crime scene for evidence and speaking with witnesses in hopes of identifying the shooter. The motive behind the attack remains unclear, but police are treating the case with the utmost urgency.
Darrina Dow, known for her engaging online presence and dynamic personality, is being remembered by friends, fans, and family as a beloved figure who brightened many lives. The community is now left to mourn her sudden and senseless death.
