Authorities have confirmed that 31-year-old Austin Owens of Newark, Delaware, tragically lost his life in a multi-vehicle crash that occurred late on August 30 in Fulton Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the fatal collision took place around 11:12 p.m. along State Route 222 (Robert Fulton Highway). Investigators reported that Owens was driving southbound when he began operating his vehicle erratically. Moments later, his car crossed over the center line into the northbound lanes, colliding head-on with another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.
