LONG NECK, Del. — Delaware State Police have released the name of the woman killed in a fatal golf cart crash on Sunday evening. Authorities identified the victim as 35-year-old Sandy Sokira, a Millsboro resident.
Investigators said the collision occurred in the Long Neck area, though details about what led to the crash remain under review. The Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing its investigation and urging anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
