Dustin E. Pfenning, 45, of Beaverton, was identified as the victim in a fatal collision with a MAX Yellow Line train in North Portland on Friday, November 1.
The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. in the 5500 block of North Interstate Avenue, within Portland’s Outlook neighborhood. Emergency responders from the Portland Police Bureau arrived on the scene, where Pfenning was pronounced dead.
