Authorities in El Paso are investigating a devastating shooting that claimed three lives and left one man in critical condition on Wednesday afternoon.

The victims who lost their lives have been identified as 21-year-old Mia Molina, 27-year-old Victoria Whitman, and 28-year-old Uriel Ontiveros, the alleged shooter. A 59-year-old man also suffered gunshot wounds and remains hospitalized in critical condition.
Details of the Incident
The shooting occurred around 2 p.m. at a residence on the 1000 block of N. Raynor. Responding officers discovered four individuals with gunshot wounds and provided immediate first aid until paramedics arrived. All four were rushed to a nearby hospital, where Ontiveros’ injury was later determined to be self-inflicted.
Investigators believe Ontiveros opened fire on the victims before turning the weapon on himself. The motive behind the violence remains under investigation.

Among the victims was Mia Molina, a rising model and former Top Model USA contestant. She had recently been preparing to walk at El Paso Fashion Week this November. Roberto Chavez, director of the event, described her as a bright talent with a promising future.
