Family members have identified Randell Jones as the individual who lost his life during a distressing incident overnight, leaving loved ones heartbroken as authorities continue gathering information.
Police were called to the area of 78th Street and Silver Spring Drive around 3:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they found Jones unresponsive. A second individual, a 45-year-old man believed to be involved in the situation, later passed away from what investigators say appeared to be a self-inflicted injury.
