ST. PETERS, Mo. — Authorities have closed the eastbound lanes of Missouri Route 364 near Central School Road following a fatal pedestrian crash Sunday evening. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the incident occurred around 8:45 p.m.
Officials confirmed that the vehicle involved remained on the scene. Emergency responders arrived quickly, but the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
