According to reports, Settles and his girlfriend were stopped behind a green Ford SUV at a traffic light. When the light turned green and the SUV failed to move, Settles honked in frustration. After a short wait, he decided to drive around the stationary vehicle. It was then that the SUV’s driver, 23-year-old Deborah Benefiel, reportedly began following them, shouting and gesturing aggressively.
