WOLVERHAMPTON — Four teenagers, including a 16-year-old girl, have been arrested in connection with the murder of Jermaine Smith, a 30-year-old father who was shot dead in the All Saints area of Wolverhampton.
Smith was killed in the early hours of Saturday, October 25, on Lilleshall Crescent. Following the investigation, West Midlands Police confirmed three new arrests on November 1: two men aged 18 and 19, and the 16-year-old girl.
Earlier in the week, an 18-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of murder, bringing the total number of suspects in custody to four. All remain in police custody as authorities continue their inquiries.
Police have appealed to the public for any information or witnesses that could assist in understanding the circumstances surrounding Smith’s death.
The investigation is ongoing, and further updates are expected as officers continue questioning the suspects and gathering evidence.
