Tracy Danielle Daigle, a 56-year-old resident of Grape Creek, Texas, tragically lost her life in a four-vehicle collision on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Tom Green County. The accident occurred at approximately 7:57 a.m. near the intersection of U.S. Highway 87 and March Road, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS).
Preliminary reports reveal that Daigle was driving a Ford Focus southbound on March Road when she failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection. As a result, her vehicle was struck by a westbound Ford Fusion traveling in the inside lane of U.S. 87. The force of the impact caused the Ford Focus’s left rear tire to detach, and it was subsequently struck by a westbound Chevrolet Equinox in the outside lane. A Toyota pickup truck, which was following closely behind the Equinox, collided with the rear of the Chevrolet after the driver was unable to maintain control due to the sudden braking.

Tragically, Daigle was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities noted that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The driver of the Ford Fusion, a 33-year-old man from Carlsbad, suffered minor injuries, while the drivers of the Chevrolet Equinox and Toyota pickup, both from San Angelo, were unharmed.
Weather conditions were clear and the road was dry at the time of the incident. This crash marks the second fatal accident in Tom Green County within a span of days, following the earlier death of 21-year-old Steven Lake Tucker of San Angelo in a separate crash on U.S. 87 earlier in the week.
