According to reports from the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF), officers from the Gros Islet Police Station and the Major Crimes Unit responded to reports of gunfire around 8:10 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Neil unresponsive. Despite the swift response, he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by a medical practitioner.
Neil was far more than another statistic — he was a beloved son, loyal friend, and compassionate soul whose presence brought joy to everyone who knew him. Friends describe him as a man with a warm smile, a generous heart, and a spirit that uplifted those around him.
