Grovetown Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Jimmie Dyess Parkway

A tragic collision on Tuesday evening claimed the life of a Grovetown motorcyclist and left two others injured along Jimmie Dyess Parkway. The accident occurred at the I-20 Eastbound on-ramp around 8:15 p.m. on October 14.

According to preliminary reports, 29-year-old Tyler Ray Dunham was riding a 2024 Yamaha motorcycle northbound when a Jeep turned left onto the eastbound I-20 ramp, resulting in a collision. The impact caused Dunham to be thrown from the motorcycle, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Jeep’s driver and passenger sustained injuries but were transported to Doctors Hospital with non-life-threatening conditions.
