The Town of Hartland, Vermont, is grieving the sudden loss of Jamison O’Neil, 35, who was killed in a devastating head-on crash Saturday afternoon along Route 12 near Cobb Hill Road.
According to Vermont authorities, O’Neil was driving south in his Toyota RAV4 when it collided head-on with a northbound pickup truck driven by Joseph Petrone, 77. The crash was so severe that O’Neil was pronounced dead at the scene despite rapid response from emergency crews.
