Jeffersontown Rapper “ThaArt Oftha Struggle” Fatally Shot in Apartment
Jeffersontown, KY – Tragedy struck Wednesday afternoon when local rapper Airrice ThaArtist, professionally known as “ThaArt Oftha Struggle,” was found dead from gunshot wounds inside an apartment complex. Authorities say the suspected shooter remains at large.

The Jeffersontown Police Department reported that the shooting took place shortly after noon in the 2400 block of Arbor Pointe Drive, near Stony Brook Drive behind the Target shopping area. Officers arrived to find the apartment door open and discovered Airrice seated in a chair with multiple gunshot injuries. Despite immediate efforts by police and emergency personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
