The West Tawakoni Police Department in Hunt County seeks public assistance in locating missing 16-year-old Jordan Maceachran. An Amber Alert was issued Thursday afternoon.

Clothing: Black AC/DC t-shirt, black pants, white shoes
Physical Description: 5’2″, 180 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes
Jordan requires medication for a mental health condition. Without it, she may experience severe emotional distress, violent or suicidal tendencies.
Authorities believe Jordan may be in grave or immediate danger. Anyone with information should contact the West Tawakoni Police Department at 903-447-3605.
Residents are urged to stay vigilant, check home surveillance footage and report any relevant information to police.
