The Louisiana State Police reported the crash occurred shortly before 11 a.m. on La. 384. Preliminary investigations indicate that Linden was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado southbound toward the closed bridge when his truck struck a crossing arm blocking access. The impact caused the vehicle to overturn, sustaining severe damage.
