
Toledo, OH — A tragic shooting at a south Toledo business plaza early Sunday morning has claimed the life of 19-year-old Jasmine Queen and left two others injured, authorities confirmed.
The incident occurred around 3 a.m. at 4 South Reynolds Road, near the intersection of Hill Avenue and Reynolds Road, following a gathering at The Weekend Restaurant and Lounge. Police say the situation escalated into gunfire in the plaza’s parking lot.
Emergency crews found Jasmine Queen with gunshot wounds and transported her to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The two other victims, both reportedly 19–20 years old, were also shot and are expected to survive.
Several vehicles in the plaza were struck by bullets during the shooting. Toledo Police detectives remain on the scene, collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses. No suspects have been identified, and the motive is still under investigation.
