The wrong-way driver has been identified as 26-year-old Erwin Marroquin-Herrera of Virginia Beach. He now faces multiple charges, including manslaughter, first-offense DUI, and two counts of possession of fictitious identification. Investigators have not disclosed details about the false IDs.
