Brian, remembered as a kindhearted son, brother, and friend, was pursuing his lifelong dream of serving the public. He worked as a dispatcher for the North Bergen Police Department and had recently enrolled in the police academy, a step that underscored his commitment to protecting and uplifting others. His untimely passing has left family, colleagues, and loved ones heartbroken.
The collision also left Brian’s younger brother, Christopher Rivera, and two close friends seriously injured. Christopher remains in critical condition as relatives and friends hold onto hope for his recovery.
