Ottawa Police have identified the victim in a recent homicide on Penny Drive as 43-year-old Jeffrey Wilson, a resident of Spencerville. The tragic incident occurred on November 17, 2025, and is currently being investigated as a homicide. Authorities are actively working to uncover the details surrounding the death.
The suspect, 18-year-old Firomsa Motuma Motuma, also from Ottawa, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection with Wilson’s death. Motuma is scheduled to appear in court in the coming days as the legal process begins.
