PAGELAND, S.C. — The Pageland Elementary School community is mourning the sudden and heartbreaking loss of fourth-grade teacher Madisson Finley, who passed away unexpectedly over the weekend.

Finley, a dedicated educator and mentor, was last in her classroom on Friday, leaving students, colleagues, and families stunned by the news of her passing.

A Life Dedicated to Education

A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina Lancaster and a member of the Buford High School Class of 2010, Finley was known for her passion for teaching and her commitment to her students. She lived in Lancaster, South Carolina, where she formed lasting friendships and touched countless lives.

“Ms. Finley had such a passion for teaching and a heart for her students,” the school’s principal said. “Her classroom was filled with joy, learning, and love. She will be deeply missed.”
