Payton Patterson, a 21-year-old resident of Coatesville, Indiana, and a 2020 graduate of North Putnam High School, tragically passed away in a two-car accident on Thursday morning. The fatal crash occurred at the intersection of U.S. 36 and County Road 25 East, when Patterson’s Ford F-150 crossed into the path of an eastbound Toyota Tacoma driven by Neil Burge.
The accident happened just before 6 a.m., and the Indiana State Police and Putnam County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the incident, with further details to be released later.
