Perry County Man Dies in Fatal Dump Truck Crash on Highway 412
Perry County, TN — A tragic accident on Tuesday morning claimed the life of 29-year-old Andrew Maxwell. The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) reported that the crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. along Highway 412.

According to investigators, Maxwell was driving a dump truck eastbound when he failed to navigate a curve, causing the vehicle to overturn and come to rest in the roadway. Emergency crews responded quickly, but Maxwell was pronounced dead at the scene.
