The shooting occurred on Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Jacks Run Road and Lincoln Way, near a busy Wendy’s restaurant. 33-year-old Kenneth Hayman, a member of a local motorcycle club, was riding his motorcycle when he was ambushed, reportedly shot at least twice in the back before collapsing onto the pavement.
Witnesses described the chaotic scene as terrifying, with startled bystanders running for cover as gunfire erupted. Jasmine Reinhart, who was working nearby, recalled hearing five shots and seeing Hayman fall from his motorcycle while attempting to crawl for help.
