A tragic early-morning crash in Port Arthur, Texas, claimed the life of a 23-year-old woman from Spring on Thursday, October 16, 2025, according to the Port Arthur Police Department.
Officials reported that the fatal collision occurred around 4:15 a.m. in the 2100 block of State Highway 87, near the route toward Sabine Pass. The crash involved four vehicles, and preliminary findings suggest that the young woman’s vehicle was rear-ended during the incident. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Justice of the Peace Brad Burnett has ordered an autopsy as part of the ongoing investigation to determine the precise cause of death.
