Upon entering the home, authorities discovered 72-year-old Cynthia Toliver and 74-year-old Brad Toliver, both deceased from gunshot wounds. In addition to the bodies, two family pets were found dead, also with gunshot wounds.

Investigators believe Brad Toliver shot both the pets and his wife before turning the weapon on himself. While the police investigation is ongoing, they have emphasized that there is no evidence suggesting any threat to the public, describing the tragedy as an isolated family incident.

Detectives spent several hours at the scene on Sunday, processing evidence and notifying other family members. The Sand Springs Police Department is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths. Further updates will be provided as more details emerge.
