With over two decades of service to the Malden Police Department, Scott rose through the ranks, earning respect for his integrity, professionalism, and leadership.

Born on April 11, 1972, in Malden, Scott spent his life serving the community. He joined the police department in 1997 as a patrol officer, quickly earning recognition for his discipline and genuine desire to protect and serve. Promoted to sergeant in 2008 and lieutenant in 2015, Scott oversaw daily operations, managed personnel, and ensured residents’ safety and well-being.
Scott’s impact extended beyond his duties. He fostered trust between the police and community, working with at-risk youth, organizing outreach programs, and participating in local events. His love for his family was evident, and he balanced his demanding career with devotion to his wife, Jennifer, and children, Rachel and Jacob.
