In an official statement, 388CEDA confirmed his passing, describing Dr. Cereceda as a “visionary leader whose impact on CEDA Health and our community will endure.”
The organization announced that CFO Vanessa Cereceda has been appointed Interim CEO, in line with the company’s succession plan.
“Over the last 17 years, Vanessa and Mark together built the CEDA Health infrastructure into the leading healthcare organization it is today,” the statement continued. “Our leadership team is fully empowered to ensure operational continuity for our clients and team. We ask for privacy for Mark’s family and our staff as we grieve this profound loss.”
