St. Louis, MO — The North City neighborhood is reeling after the tragic death of Trena Peters, who was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon on the 6300 block of Shulte Avenue. The incident occurred around 4:00 p.m., and despite a rapid response from District 6 officers, Trena was pronounced deceased at the scene.
