Forest Lodge, Sydney – A brazen shooting outside the Harold Park Hotel on Saturday evening has left 39-year-old Gilbert Admon Shino dead and 31-year-old Maradona Yalda seriously injured.

Authorities report that the attack occurred around 6:40 p.m., when gunmen opened fire as Shino and Yalda exited the pub. Shino, who was known to police but not considered a primary target, was struck multiple times and died at the scene. Yalda, reportedly linked to Sydney’s criminal underworld and believed to have a price on his head, was rushed to hospital in serious condition but is expected to survive.
Witnesses stated that the pair had spent the afternoon inside the pub before the attack. The incident has left the Forest Lodge community shaken, prompting a significant police response. Streets surrounding the scene, including Wigram Road, were cordoned off as specialist units conducted a thorough investigation.
