Remembered for her kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love, Licha leaves behind a legacy that touched countless lives.

Born on October 5, 1971, she built a distinguished career in the banking industry, beginning at a credit union on Legion Parkway in Brockton before serving at several local banks. Most recently, she was a valued member of the BayCoast Bank team, where she was admired not only for her professionalism but also for the warmth and respect she showed to every client she served. For Licha, her work was an extension of her commitment to her community.
Family was the cornerstone of her life. She was a devoted mother to two sons, a proud grandmother, a loving wife, and a supportive daughter and sister. As a member of the well-respected Miranda family, she embodied Cape Verdean values of faith, family, and unity — values that defined her character and inspired everyone around her.
Her calm presence, gentle wisdom, and compassion were gifts to all who knew her. She cherished her nieces and nephews, stood by her siblings, and embraced every person with dignity and kindness.
Licha’s passing leaves a deep void in both her family and the wider Cape Verdean community. Her spirit, however, will remain an enduring source of strength and comfort.
