Terry Neal Griggs, affectionately known as “Cooter” and “Pappy,” passed away peacefully at his Elkton home on November 4, 2024, at 68. Born on October 1, 1956, in Elkton, KY, Terry lived a life devoted to family, work, and the outdoors.

A 42-year Emerson Electric veteran and retired Court Security Officer, Terry was known for his strong work ethic. He cherished hunting, fishing, restoring old farm equipment, and cheering for the UK Wildcats. His love for his grandchildren and dogs was unmatched.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents and siblings. His legacy of love and laughter lives on through family and friends. Services will be held at Latham Funeral Home on November 8, 2024.
