Kevin Percy, 63, of Wrentham, Massachusetts, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Orangeburg County early Friday morning. Percy’s 2023 Penske box truck struck a tree near mile marker 89 around 4:25 a.m.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. Friends and family are sharing memories of Percy, cherishing the moments they shared with him.
“He had a heart of gold,” said a friend. “His passing has left a void in our lives.” A memorial service will be held to honor Percy’s life, with details to be shared soon.
